Job Description

Here at Signature Recruitment we are looking for an experienced Client Services Executive who is always willing to go that extra mile to join our well established team. This post is a full time, based in our beautiful office near Spitalfields market.

We are a very driven team with a clear goal of finding work for our excellent candidates and providing first class service for our clients. We also work in a welcoming and supportive environment in the heart of Spitalfields. We have gone through a very big change due to the pandemic and are looking to go back into growth mode and looking to bring on board a driven and pro-active team player.

Your role

We are an SME and are looking to grow our client base and nurture our current relationships with our clients. The role of the Client Services Executive will be to bring passion and enthusiasm to the post and going above and beyond for clients to create successful partnerships and growth within your own account. This role will require excellent account management, an enthusiasm for hitting monthly KPIs and along with a strong passion for customer service and always willing to go above and beyond.

There will also be an element of identifying key leads.

You’ll have ownership of:

  • End to end process management
  • Following up with our placed candidates, ensuring successful placements
  • Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management
  • Able to pre-empt problems and prepare solutions
  • Time management skills; the ability to reprioritise constantly and plan ahead
  • The ability to work independently and be always proactive
  • Clear communication skills, able to confidently liaise with people at all levels
  • Coordination of our live working lists
  • Taking controlled job orders during busy periods
  • Organise and attend on-site reviews
  • Ability to successful hit monthly KPIs
  • Able to listen carefully and follow direction; able to have open and honest conversations with your clients

The ideal candidate would demonstrate

  • Excellent client relationships
  • Excellent time management skills, able to prioritise and meet deadlines daily
  • A high standard of written English including the correct use of syntax and grammar
  • Strong communication skills, able to liaise confidently with people of all levels both face to face and over the telephone
  • A high attention to detail, able to follow processes accurately
  • Able to pick up CRM and systems easily and quickly
  • Previous customer service/lead generation experience
  • Proven record of going above and beyond on your KPIs
  • Excellent time management skills, able to prioritise and meet deadlines daily
