Signature Recruitment is an independent consultancy, set up 8 years ago in the City of London. Due to rapid growth, we are currently looking to expand and we are now recruiting for a Client Services Executive to work in close partnership with an area of key clients.

You will work alongside 2 existing Client Services Executives and be responsible for managing the recruitment process for and with our clients; creative problem solving throughout, managing the relationship with the hiring manager and work in close partnership with your team to successfully fill all vacancies. Bedding in, responding to queries and troubleshooting once the placement is made, will also be a critical part of delivering an excellent service.


  • Manage and complete multiple recruitment processes for temporary and permanent roles
  • Discussing accurate detailed job requirements from clients and consult on candidate skills availability / current market condition
  • Agree and deliver on timescales for candidates short-lists to be submitted to clients
  • Complete quality control tasks with clients and candidates against SLA’s
  • Organise and attend client meetings
  • Calculate and negotiate contract rates accurately
  • Ensure compliance is met in line with regulations / law and due diligence has been completed
  • Ensure that temporary workers are looked after and provided the highest standard of care throughout their assignment
  • Ensure that each recruitment process is conducted to the highest standard and with an excellent level of service
