An exciting opportunity has recently arisen within a boutique city of London recruitment consultancy for an Account Manager / Recruitment Resourcer. This role would suit a graduate calibre candidate with experience in a deadline driven office environment. The ideal applicant will be someone who is motivated, takes pride in their work, and enjoys being held responsible for their own deliverables.

The purpose of this role is to take responsibility for the successful placement of permanent and temporary business support vacancies. A key element of this role is maintaining a sufficient pool of excellent candidates who are suitable for our specific client base; whilst ensuring client expectations are exceeded and a high level of quality and service is maintained at all times.

Account Manager / Recruitment Resourcer Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source for suitable permanent and temporary candidates, utilising research and database search tools, screening advertisement responses and writing attractive, well-structured job profiles
  • To ensure the successful placement of high quality permanent and temporary candidates in business support and administrative roles
  • Conducting both telephone and face to face interviews, thoroughly assessing a candidate’s suitability for various roles
  • Managing multiple timelines and deadlines, often under high pressure and in rapidly changing situations
  • Proof reading CV’s, and digesting content to ensure a good match with various job descriptions
  • Composing professional and well written correspondence to clients and candidates
  • Ensuring candidate records are kept up to date, making detailed notes on each file
  • Dealing with candidate and client queries regarding vacancies, current temporary roles and ad hoc payroll queries
  • Completing quality control calls and compliance administration
  • Tracking holidays, sickness and absence
  • General office administrative duties when needed

Account Manager / Recruitment Resourcer Essential Skills:

  • A high standard of written English, spelling, grammar and correct use of syntax
  • The ability to prioritise effectively within a fast paced environment
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Competent numeracy skills and attention to detail focused
  • Advanced MS Word skills, strong MS Outlook and Excel skills, and strong database skills
  • Strong research skills, ability to think outside the box to always find suitable solutions
