It will be the responsibility of the Account Manager/Recruitment Coordinator to ensure that all aspects of the recruitment process follow company procedure and fall in line with industry regulations. The Account Manager/Recruitment Coordinator will contribute towards business growth and development.

Account Manager roles and responsibilities:

  1. Manage and complete multiple recruitment processes for temporary and permanent roles
  2. Establish and maintain relationships, maintain regular communication to ensure that job orders are managed through to fill
  3. Compile and consult on shortlists to be submitted to clients
  4. Interview candidates face to face, building relationships and a thorough understanding of requirements, motivations and skills
  5. Conduct interview preparation with candidates for client interviews
  6. Complete quality control tasks with clients and candidates
  7. Ensure all Signature contractors are compliant and due diligence has been completed
  8. Ensure that each recruitment process is conducted to the highest standard and with an excellent level of service
  9. Complete associated administration promptly

Account Manager skills and expertise:

  1. Minimum of degree level educated (or equivalent) at a 2.1 grade or higher
  2. Previous experience managing working relationships and delivering a high standard of service
  3. Strong IT skills including intermediate Microsoft Office skills and CRM databases
  4. The ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritise effectively around changing deadlines
  5. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  6. Able to work under pressure whilst maintaining high attention to detail
