Our client, a renowned university, has an exciting opportunity for a Business School Coordinator to join their facility on a permanent basis. The Business School Coordinator will be responsible for the provision of administrative, financial and coordination support for education projects and activities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong financial reporting background and an experience with using Salesforce. The Business School Coordinator will also have a desire to bring in new ideas to the team, come from a corporate background and be ready to make this role their own.

Business School Coordinator Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inquiries, process applications and maintain accurate financial records
  • Support the implementation and delivery of programmes, including keeping accurate database records, formatting submissions and updating website information
  • Responsible for forecasting revenues, margins and profit, whilst reporting this to the Director
  • Managing a number of Faculty committees and their work programmes and deliver the administrative and secretarial support to the committees
  • Maintain the CRM on a weekly basis, ensuring all financial and scheduling information is up to date
  • To support project management activity across the faculty by providing senior administrative support to ensure deadlines are met
  • Provide analysis of financial performance of their portfolios on a regular basis
  • To manage the Faculty’s budgets, managing purchasing and payment of invoices
  • To monitor the monthly grants status lists and investigate issues that need resolution
  • Work alongside the Finance Officer to prepare operating budgets
  • Produce management board reports for monthly Management Board meeting
  • Work closely with colleagues in a timely and efficiently deliver projects and activities

Business School Coordinator Key Skills and Experience:

  • Project management experience
  • Experience with Salesforce is essential
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong financial reporting experience including budgeting and forecasting
  • The ability to work independently and take ownership of your own work
  • Strong administration experience to work in a busy and demanding environment
  • The ability to work independently
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Word
