Signature Recruitment are recruiting for a Case Handler to join a professional insurance and legal company based in the centre of Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking a busy, varied customer service role for a marketing leading and growing company. This role would suit someone who enjoys delivering excellent customer service and is seeking a new challenge.

This is a full time (Monday- Friday, 9-5pm) permanent position paying £18,000, with some fantastic benefits! (No parking)

Key duties:

  • Ensure all customer service standards are met whilst seeking to build and maintain working relationships with business partners
  • Provide control and monitor standard cases and ensure they are fully reviewed
  • Assisting in the management of the customer experience through the case lifecycle
  • Identifying complaints and logging them appropriately
  • General administrative duties

Desirable skills for successful candidates:

  • Experience of working within an office environment preferably insurance or legal but not essential
  • Experience of dealing with customers internally or externally
  • Attention to detail
  • Resilience when dealing with difficult customers
