Signature Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Claims Handler to join a professional insurance and legal company based in the centre of Bristol with no parking. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to be part of a market leading and growing company. This role would suit someone who enjoys delivering excellent customer service and is seeking a new challenge.

This is a full time (Monday- Friday, 9-5pm) position paying between, £19,000-£21,000 depending on experience, with some fantastic benefits!

Key duties:

  • To implement claims processes and working practices
  • To manage the customer experience through the claim lifecycle in efficient and cost effective way
  • To consistently maintain high levels of customer service and engagement
  • To proactively contribute to ensure personal, team and department KPIs are met
  • General administrative duties

Desirable skills for successful candidates:

  • Minimum of one year’s experience in a claims environment
  • Ability to demonstrate good customer service and an understanding of its impacts
  • Able to communicate at all levels and in all formats in a clear, practical and informative way.
  • A desire to improve and take ownership of their own personal development.
