Signature Recruitment have the privilege of providing a number of Client Support opportunities that have become available with our client, a successful, market leading FTSE 100 company working within the financial services industry. The role itself will involve assisting clients primarily over the telephone, building rapport and assisting them in making payments, making sure to deliver exceptional customer service throughout the process. This will be a frontline role which involves varied exposure to multiple products and areas of the business. The role will also involve maintenance of our clients ever expanding password information database. You must be motivated to provide excellent customer service.

To be considered for this role you must have:

  • Good communication skills and telephone manner
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Drive to provide excellent client satisfaction
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Problem solving skills

Desirable attributes:

  • Experience within, and general interest in financial services
  • Experience of a client facing role, comfortable dealing with clients directly

Working hours are Monday to Friday; with varying shifts, earliest start would be 8am and latest finish will be 7pm, there is also the possibility of overtime at your discretion.

This role is paying £19,500 with excellent benefits.
