A North Somerset-based SME are seeking a Commercial Account Manager to join their busy team. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate calibre candidate looking for their second/ third job since leaving university. It would also suit an experienced co-ordinator or account manager, with a genuine interest in making commercial decisions and developing long term relationships.

Your duties will include:

  • Preparing and issuing quotes for clients
  • Following established processes to ensure service delivery is maintained according to strict deadlines
  • Briefing all relevant parties so that expectations are set and upheld
  • Approval and collation of invoices
  • Co-ordinating relevant individuals to ensure that all areas of operations are running seamlessly and according to strict deadlines
  • Delivering an impeccable level of customer service at all times
  • Being able to categorise and produce statistics on clients
  • Commercial decision making; reviewing margins, working solutions for clients, closing new clients to sale


The successful candidate will possess exceptional levels of customer service, with client contact being at the heart of this particular role. Your ability to build and maintain lasting relationships, being able to think of every scenario, or detail, that could cause a problem or help to improve the level of service that you offer to your clients, will make you a strong contender for success in your application.

Core hours of work for this role are Monday-Friday, 08:45-17:30, but flexibility with hours is essential to cover annual leave within the team. The location of this company also requires that all applicants have their own transport. On-site parking is available.
