We are pleased to be recruiting for a Contracts Administrator for a large, well-renowned consultancy to join their busy and sociable Clifton based team, supporting the recruitment delivery process.

This role is working to strict deadlines with a high work load, so will suit a candidate with good time management and prioritisation skills with a keen eye for detail.

Duties as a Contracts Administrator will include:

  • Managing contracts and other documentation including but not limited to: new starter contracts, contract extensions and amendments and termination contracts, making sure all information is accurately entered in the database
  • Sending out completed contracts to clients via the in-house online system
  • Dealing with any contractual queries and liaising with other teams where appropriate to collect the right information
  • Working to strict timeframes
  • Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail at all times
  • Working efficiently under pressure

The ideal candidate for this position will be able to communicate to people at all levels in a professional manner (both written and verbal) and have great organisational skills. Accuracy and attention to detail is highly important.  Experience within an office environment would be a strong advantage. The hours for this role are Monday-Thursday 9am-6pm, Friday 9am-5.30pm.
