We are seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to deliver an excellent service to an existing and expanding client base. You will have a track record of managing relationships and taking a proactive approach to develop the business and keep on top of a large client base.

The job will involve:

  • Supporting existing and new business development by ensuring that new and existing clients receive their orders in a timely fashion and all queries and problems are dealt with and resolved in a timely and professional manner
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients and developing repeat orders via regular agreed call patterns
  • Responsibility for maintaining a central customer account library detailing all pertinent information by account including contact details, order book detail etc
  • Responsibility for ensuring the dispatch of customer orders for designated area, meeting delivery dates required
  • Communication with clients regarding the above, including communication regarding any delays due to possible product shortages
  • Responsibility for manually keeping a clean and accurate order book
  • Assisting the Accounts Department in dealing with queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Making outbound calls to clients to keep on top of order placements and check in on what they need

You will have astute attention to detail and a proven track record of working to targets, liaising with clients and delivering excellent levels of customer service.

You will be able to multitask, problem solve, maintain accurate records and use your excellent interpersonal skills to develop strong working relationships.

Based in Avonmouth, this role will be a full time 3-6 month fixed-term contract paying £21,000 per year.
