Our client prides themselves on providing all customers with an excellent customer experience. We are looking for someone who has the same values to support a small team based in North Bristol, working for a dynamic FMCG client.

You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering and maintaining a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers in accordance with agreed procedures and systems
  • Dealing with customer enquiries and queries in a timely manner, maintaining excellent standards of customer service at all times
  • Promptly and accurately updating in-house database systems with new information and processing new orders
  • Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers, gathering customer information and updating within the database
  • Advising on products per client, upselling items where possible
  • Assisting with administration for the sales team

This is a part time role, with working hours of Monday to Friday, 11:00am to 5:00pm (30 hours per week), paying £18,000 per year pro rata.
