An excellent opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic and friendly individual to join our client, a leading transportation company as a Smart Media Promoter helping to launch their new and exciting smart ticketing app. They need outgoing and positive people to take charge of these promotional stands, be able to explain what the app is, how it works and encourage commuters to get involved by then signing up to the app.

The ideal candidate will have proven previous customer service experience, be confident using mobiles / tablets and approaching people to encourage commuters to sign up to the app. If you are friendly, able to work within a fast paced environment, and enjoy working with people, then this could be the perfect role for you!

Customer Service Administrator Key Responsibilities

  • Explaining and helping commuters sign up to the app
  • Confidence talking to people of varying ages
  • Tech savvy – confident using mobile / tablet
