Our client prides themselves on providing all customers with an excellent customer experience. We are looking for someone who has the same values to support a small team in North Somerset on a temporary basis until the end of September.

You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering and maintaining a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers in accordance with agreed procedures and systems
  • Promptly and accurately updating in-house database systems with new information
  • Resolving problems and answering queries through gathering information and competing associated tasks
  • Logging and responding to telephone calls, emails and letters from customers
  • Responding to social media queries and assisting the team manager with reports
  • Answering inbound calls and assisting other departments when required
  • Supporting field colleagues with information requests
  • Responding to queries and complaints over social media

If you are passionate about providing excellent customer service, have good administration and IT skills, this could be the next job for you! The right person for this role will have a cheerful disposition, be reliable and have a track record of showing initiative.

Working hours for this role are Monday to Thursday, 9am to 4.30pm and Friday 9am to 4pm, and will be paying £8.50 per hour plus holiday pay.
