A part time Customer Service Consultant is required to deliver an excellent service for a well renowned FMCG company. Working within a busy dynamic team, you will have a track record of developing strong working relationships with customers via telephone and email.

The job will involve:

  • Providing outstanding customer service, maintaining regular contact with your customers
  • Booking in appointments for customers
  • Upselling additional products to existing clients, for example, by introducing a new product range
  • Processing orders on the in-house database system
  • Responding to queries from the website and over the phone
  • Updating MS Excel spreadsheet information
  • Resolving problems and queries relating to orders in a timely and professional manner, keeping the customer informed throughout

You will be able to multitask, problem solve, maintain accurate records and use your excellent interpersonal skills to develop strong working relationships.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop within a customer focused company. Due to office location and weak public transport, ideally you will have your own transport.

This role is 30 hours a week over 4 days, between the hours of 8.45am and 6.30pm.

This role is paying £17,421 Pro-rata.
