Signature Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to join a property company in Central Bristol (parking is available). This would suit an empathic and confident candidate who enjoys a fast paced environment.

Acting as the first point of contact to customers, your duties will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service to all new home owners, particularly during the initial stages
  • Taking calls and responding to emails from customers, dealing with any maintenance issues, queries or concerns
  • Coordinating work for sub-contractors to resolve any issues
  • Liaising with internal departments to provide excellent customer service
  • Other adhoc duties as required

Experience and qualifications:

  • Knowledge and experience in a customer service role in an office environment is essential
  • Highly organised
  • A positive outlook and a personable nature
  • Excellent communicator with strong customer service skills
  • Experience of the property/construction industry is desirable
