Our Client, an established central London based not for profit investment company area is looking for Data and IT Support Analyst to join their IT Service Management team on a full time. The successful candidate will deliver quality IT support to not only the team within but also external stakeholders and other senior level management staff. The Data and IT Support Analyst will be responsible for the maintenance and support of all IT systems, act as 1st line support for CRM issues and system queries within the team and be able to manipulate and analyse data for reports and research.

The ideal applicant will have previous IT experience with proven understanding of 1st line support and a strong knowledge of multiple CRM systems. Data and IT Support Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management of and ensuring continued functionality of their current systems and any future systems
  • Provide first-line IT response and ad hoc support for issues that occur within the office and / or for remote workers, solve problems and liaise with / escalate issues to external support providers as necessary
  • Identify process and knowledge gaps to be addressed within the various teams. Also perform data analysis to highlight details of fund progress, themes and trends to improve internal performance management and reporting
  • Gain understanding of as-is systems operating model, IT processes, tooling, people and capabilities while taking responsibility for ensuring accuracy of migrated data and data hygiene in new systems
  • Manage business systems equipment inventories for all equipment provided to individual members of staff and available for ad hoc use. This includes ensuring that company meeting rooms are adequately equipped to support on-line meetings, teleconferencing etc
  • Assist Head of Business Systems to identify solutions for all other business requirements (i.e. Finance, HR, Governance, Research etc) and creating reports to help internal decision making
  • Assist the Head of Business Systems with business systems administration responsibilities and user tasks on incoming software implementation projects and document operational processes in consistent comprehensive format
  • Support the Head of Business Systems’ efforts to ensure that system and user documentation is up-to-date and reflects new systems / amendments
  • Contribute to the knowledge management and learning priorities in new strategies and support the implementation and delivery of the strategy

Data and IT Support Analyst Skills:

  • A minimum of 12 months experience of IT service delivery and management
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Azure, SQL preferably
  • Stakeholder liaison / management with all levels is essential
  • Advanced Excel skills including index and match, V-Lookup, complex dashboards
  • Evidence of contributing to / involvement in data-driven research projects and large scale data manipulation and analysis, including financial data and other metrics such as social impact management and reporting using SaaS or Excel
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data and figures into user friendly reports
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing data to a very high level of accuracy
  • Excellent presentation skills including creating and delivering presentations with business process mapping experience including current and future scenarios
  • Excellent communication skills and commitment to quality, equalities and customer care
