Our client, a leading retail distributor in South Bristol, requires several E-Services Executives to deliver an excellent service to an existing customer base. Working within a busy dynamic team, you will have a track record of developing strong working relationships both internally and externally.

The job will involve:

  • Provide an excellent calibre of customer service for existing customers regarding online order queries
  • Provide customers with thorough advice and direction regarding products (in depth training is given for product awareness/knowledge)
  • Accurately and effectively complete all system based procedures to effectively input order data
  • Adhere to weekly marketing campaigns and promotions of particular products
  • Maintain communication with the warehouse regarding orders and stock levels
  • Promote the products and company in a positive image
  • Deal with customer queries via email

The right candidate will:

  • Have exceptional customer service skills (previous call centre/customer service experience isn’t essential though it is desirable)
  • Have the ability to proactively exceed the customers’ expectations and seek to upsell at any opportunity.
  • Be able to work well within a structured team environment.

This position is a 6 month FTC, paying £18,000 – £19,000 equivalent. Working hours Monday to Friday, 8:30-16:30 and 9:30-17:30. Onsite parking is available.
