An excellent opportunity has arisen join our client, a prestigious London University, as Exam Scripts Administrator. As a member of this professional team, you will provide administration support to various areas across a large department. The ideal candidate will be highly organised and proactive, performing general administration duties and providing comprehensive support to the department team. If you are in possession of outstanding communication skills and the ability to work efficiently to deadlines, and can work independently and as part of a team, this could be the position for you!

Exam Scripts Administrator Key Responsibilities:

  • Tracking the progress of exam scripts and query resolution and moderation to ensure the process is efficient
  • Taking responsibility for entering exam marks from scripts into spreadsheets and/or checking that the data has been entered correctly
  • Maintaining accurate logs of any issues identified and escalating these as appropriate
  • Carrying out spot checks to ensure all work is to a satisfactory standard
  • Carrying out checks on exam scripts
  • Preparing ‘exam packs’ and preparing mark sheets
  • Acting as Exams Invigilator, if and when required
  • Scanning exam scripts and saving them in appropriate folders to help prepare for the Exam Board
  • Carrying out general office administration e.g. copying, scanning, shredding, tidying, printing etc., as required

Exam Scripts Administrator Essential Skills:

  • High proficiency when using Microsoft Office programmes such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint and excellent general IT skills
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Can hold accountability for own workload and prioritise requests effectively, whilst working to strict deadlines
  • Great team player and happy to support colleagues
