A fantastic opportunity has become available to join our client, a respected London University, as an Executive Assistant on a temporary basis. The Executive Assistant will provide support with diary management, booking meetings and minute taking for a high-profile client.

The ideal Executive Assistant will be available to start immediately and will be a self-sufficient, self-starter who can hit the ground running to provide value to the team right from the start. The Executive Assistant will hold excellent multitasking abilities, the ability to focus despite interruptions and work well under high pressure situations. Executive Assistant Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide comprehensive and proactive high-level executive and administrative support to the Client
  • To proactively plan and manage the diaries of the Client for both internal and external engagements while balancing complex and competing commitments and priorities
  • To organise travel arrangements from transport to accommodation
  • To provide high-level support to the Client and act as a gatekeeper for all queries
  • Ability to work for someone and anticipate their needs and deliver accordingly

Executive Assistant Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Must have experience of Executive support positions within corporate environments
  • Excellent diary management skills and able to organise complex itineraries and coordinate meetings
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly resourceful and able to quickly identify solutions to problems
  • Confident/friendly personality and able to work under own initiative
