We are currently looking for an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join a friendly team in a busy construction company in North Bristol. This is a great opportunity for someone to develop their skills within a varied and hands on position.

Duties include:

  • Management of planned and reactive maintenance for multiple sites
  • Maintaining internal relationships and dealing with queries via phone and email
  • Ensuring compliance of contracts, policies and procedures
  • Liaising with contractors and premises managers regarding facilities, fixtures and fittings
  • Supporting the department with financial and procurement administration
  • Occasional premises visits when required
  • Ad hoc administrative duties

Key qualities:

  • Previous facilities experience.
  • Able to manage own work load and work to deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

This is a full time permanent position (Monday to Friday) with onsite parking offering £19,000 – £21,000 per salary. If you are interested in this position, please apply ASAP!
