Signature are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join a leading retail distributor in South Bristol on a temporary ongoing basis (minimum 2 months).

Responsible for accurate data set up, as well as the prompt raising and reconciliation of invoices and credits, this role will suit someone looking for an opportunity to add value to a busy team and help improve performance.

Key responsibilities:

  • Perform entire process of supplier account reconciliations
  • Process invoices, credit notes and statements with high level of accuracy
  • Production of statements for suppliers, preparation of reports for internal stakeholders on a monthly basis
  • Invoice suppliers and ensure that the retrieval of information is easy
  • Resolve queries from suppliers and internally in regards to invoices and reconciliations

To be considered for this role you must have the following:

  • Excellent numeric attention to detail
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills
  • AAT qualified or currently studying (or similar qualification)
  • Comfortable dealing, and communicating, with internal and external stakeholders

This position has the possibility of becoming permanent, and is offering a competitive salary. The hours for this role are Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm.
