A high-profile company in Bristol is currently recruiting for a Fleet Hub Delivery Coordinator to join their small and friendly Fleet Services team. The position will involve all aspects of coordination of fleet services.

Duties will involve:

  • Maintaining good relationships with suppliers and customers
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to all queries within agreed SLA’s
  • Uploading orders on to internal systems and stock deliveries
  • Updating product information as and when required
  • Reconciling data between two separate systems
  • Signing in and completing physical checks on delivered stock
  • Responding to and assisting with product quotes
  • Maintaining good communication with internal teams, updating on order and delivery
  • Contacting other offices to obtain missing pieces of information
  • Conducting various product checks prior to delivery
  • Arranging deliveries directly with customers
  • Other general administration duties as and when required
  • Monitoring corporate inbox and responding to queries in a timely manner

The right candidate for this role will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and strong Microsoft Excel skills. You will need a driving license for this position.

Candidates from Customer Service, Consultant, Stock Controller, Fleet, Office Support and Admin roles would be suitable for this position. A keen interest in cars/motor industry is desirable.

The working hours are 9:00am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity paying £17,000 per annum
