A German-speaking Customer Care Co-ordinator is required to deliver a high standard of customer care to an existing and expanding customer base for a well-renowned brand in North Bristol.

Working within a small busy team, you will have a wealth of experience in developing strong working relationships with customers via telephone and email. You will predominantly be working with their German customer base, and therefore the ability to converse in German is essential.

The job will involve:

  • Providing outstanding customer care and maintaining regular contact with customers (mainly via inbound telephone calls)
  • Upselling additional products to existing clients, for example, by introducing a new product range
  • Processing orders on the in-house database system
  • Updating spreadsheets
  • Running various reports as required
  • Liaising with the field agent regarding sales and targets
  • Resolving problems and queries relating to orders
  • Liaising with other departments regarding outstanding information and order troubleshooting
  • Ensuring that all customers receive their orders in a timely fashion and problems are resolved professionally
  • Maintaining communication with the warehouse regarding orders and stock levels

The right candidate must have:

  • Demonstrated customer service skills
  • The ability to hold a business conversation in both German and English
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise
  • Strong telephone and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to problem solve
  • Competent IT skills including Excel and Outlook and experience of using in-house database systems

This is a permanent contract paying £20,000 per year. The working hours are 9am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, and due to location, having your own transport is essential.
