An Administrator opportunity has arisen with a city based financial planning company who provide first class service to their clients. We are recruiting for a graduate who will take their next career step with a dynamic team, supporting consistent, quality service to each individual client at the company.

The ideal candidate will be a strong team player as they will work closely alongside two Financial Advisors. The objective of this role is to ensure Advisors can dedicate their time to clients by providing proactive administrative support in the following duties:

Administrator Key Responsibilities: 

  • Actively contribute to improving services to enhance the client / customer experience
  • To build a strong working relationship with organisations Advisers in order to provide exceptional administration support in the delivery of their business strategy
  • To optimise organisations Adviser’s client facing time by working with the wider teams, ensuring that all relevant preparation is undertaken in good time
  • To build exceptional relationships with clients, ensuring consistent, effective communication allowing them to have confidence that their instructions are understood and will be delivered upon
  • To be competent in all the organisations processes and procedures, including the use of internal and external systems in order to have a forward looking, can do attitude when dealing with client instructions
  • To provide administration support of the highest quality and consistency to our Advisers and clients, delivering on commitment to getting things right first time and reducing the administrative burden to our clients 

Administrator Key Skills and Experience: 

  • 2 – 3 years financial administration background
  • Degree level education with a 2.1 or higher
  • 2 – 3 years of administrative experience
  • Experience within an autonomous administrative role to be able to manage a varied workload
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and good communication skills to be able to liaise with various internal and external stakeholders
