A small, busy Facilities Management Helpdesk in North Bristol is looking for an additional team member. The helpdesk is responsible for assisting customers with reactive and planned maintenance issues promptly and professionally.

This is a permanent, part-time role paying £16,000 – £18,000 pro-rata, working 24 hours a week with an alternate shift patterns.

(First week Monday – Thursday, 7:30am – 2:30pm, Friday 7:30am – 11:30am. Second week Monday – Thursday, 1pm – 6pm, Friday 2pm – 6pm).

Helpdesk Administrator duties will include:

  • Responding to inbound telephone calls and email requests for engineers and maintenance contractors
  • Contacting relevant engineers/approved contractors to organise work to be completed within service level agreement time scales
  • Provide regular updates
  • Process relevant paperwork including invoices, timesheets, and Excel report information
  • Maintain up to date records, typing quotations and correspondence
  • Support other Helpdesk Administrators as required
