An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Invoice Administrator to join a leading supplier in the Clifton area on a permanent basis. This is paying £18,000 – £22,000 depending on experience plus excellent company benefits.

Key responsibilities:

  • Raising sales invoices daily
  • Processing purchase invoices to prepare supplier payments when due
  • Resolving all queries from suppliers, customers and internal teams
  • Preparing payment runs for all non-trade invoices such as staff expenses
  • Other ad-hoc duties as and when required

To be considered for this role you must have:

  • Previous experience of invoice administration or finance experience
  • An excellent telephone manner
  • Able to prioritise a busy workload and work to tight deadlines
  • Good IT skills to include Word, Excel and Outlook

This a full time (Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm) permanent position with free parking onsite! The salary offered is £18,000 – £22,000 depending on experience plus excellent company benefits including AAT training for the right candidate.
