An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Multilingual Customer Service Consultant to work for our client in South Bristol. Working in the International Customer Service Department this person will be responsible for providing excellent customer service within a globally recognised brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as initial point of contact for enquiries from customers
  • Providing a high standard of customer service at all times
  • Dealing with incoming enquiries relating to memberships, products and programmes via email and telephone
  • Researching and investigating information to enable successful processing of applications
  • Managing, organising and updating customer information on internal databases
  • Occasionally participating at events and shows to promote the company

The suitable candidate will:

  • Be fluent in English, and one other European language or Arabic
  • Be able to demonstrate a high level of written and verbal communication.
  • Demonstrate an organised approach to their work
  • Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
