An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an international, eco-friendly energy consultancy in central Bristol. We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator, with an excellent eye for detail and keen enthusiasm for helping the environment!

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Assist professional staff in delivering projects, preparing and issuing reports in the UK
  • Ensure efficient completion of administration work, maintenance of the company’s Quality & Environmental Management System (QEMS) to make sure deadlines are met
  • Provide administration support to staff at all of the company’s offices, including booking accommodation, dealing with expenses and organising meeting rooms
  • Process data, maintain key databases, accounts and files and ensure staff information is kept up to date
  • General ad hoc administration as required

The right candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Experience within an administration environment
  • Enthusiasm and excellent interpersonal skills to work with a wide range of individuals
  • Highly organised, and strong attention to detail.
