We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager to join a successful and recognisable construction company in central Bristol on a permanent basis.

This role would suit someone who is commercially aware and can communicate with a variety of people at ease. The office manager position will be extremely varied and you will be left to take on many responsibilities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Reception management including meeting and greeting visitors, telephone switchboard management
  • Order stationery and office equipment
  • Manage all filing systems, including Estimating, Admin, Finance, and Contract
  • Carry out regular audits of company systems
  • Develop and maintain IT filing systems
  • Provide support to Directors e.g. booking hotels and travel arrangements
  • Manage the office environment, including weekly fire alarm testing
  • Arrangement of staff communications, social and charity events

Requirements

  • Experience within a similar role
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Can do attitude
