Candidates are required to provide face to face customer support across various UK locations. Due to a busy period in September, we require bright, friendly, proactive, helpful people to represent our client in Student Halls of Residence. This is a busy, fun, sometimes stressful and chaotic environment that will suit a customer focused 2nd/3rd year student, graduate looking for a couple of days work during September.

Your role:

  1. Based from a desk in the reception area, you will assist students and parents with their IT network and internet access queries
  2. Meet and greet customers in a positive, friendly and helpful manner
  3. Assist with queries/questions/problems regarding IT network and internet access using an App
  4. Maintain records to document queries and response
  5. Liaise with IT Helpdesk regarding escalated queries
  6. Hours of work: 9am to 5pm mainly Saturdays and Sundays

You must be:

  1. Available for work in September – especially weekends
  2. Friendly, approachable, well presented and professional
  3. Able to demonstrate a logical methodical approach to problem solving
  4. Able to show some history of customer service experience
  5. IT literate

  3. Nottingham – 22 and 23 September
  4. Essex – 30 September
  5. Leicester – 22 September
  6. Norwich – 19 September
  7. Sheffield – 15 and 22 September
  8. Durham – 15 September

Other Information

Hours of work 9:00am – 5:00pm, with one hour for lunch. A branded company polo shirt will be provided. You will need to wear smart trousers with this. There is the opportunity to work with friends at some locations. Pay £75 per day.
