Our Client, an established Private School is looking for a Personal Assistant to Deputy Head to join them on a permanent, full time basis within the North West London area. The Personal Assistant will provide strong and comprehensive administrative support to the Deputy Head and will act as the First Aid Lead within the School.

The ideal applicant will have strong administrative experience, will be degree educated and be willing to undertake a first aid training and provide first aid to students when necessary. Personal Assistant Key Responsibilities

  • Diary management, ensuring there are no conflicting appointments and the Deputy Head is kept updated regarding upcoming meetings and events
  • Travel arrangement for off-site meetings
  • Booking courses and trainings, raising purchase orders when required
  • Collating information for meetings and analysing data for reports
  • Monitoring student attendance and collating the weekly list of late detentions
  • Data maintenance and record keeping
  • Being First Aid Lead during the school day and being present during break and lunch for any first aid incidents
  • Event organisation and arranging for academic guest speakers
  • Providing ad hoc administrative support when required

Personal Assistant Skills and Experience

  • Educated to a degree level (obtained a 2:1 or above)
  • IT literate, good knowledge of the MS Office package,
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Exceptional level of accuracy and outstanding proofreading skills
  • Ability to prioritise and multi task with excellent organisation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be willing to attend a first aid training and provide first aid to students when required
