We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Programme Coordinator to join our client, a prestigious University based in the London area. As a member of this professional team, you will be responsible for planning, preparing and delivering the day to day delivery of the Pre-University summer activities programme.

The incumbent will be a true leader – someone to train and monitor a small team, being able to liaise with various departments, students and Stakeholders and to tackle issues independently. If you are in possession of outstanding communication skills, can lead a successful team and are able to work efficiently to deadlines, this could be the position for you!

Programme Coordinator Key Responsibilities:

  • To act as the first point of contact for Pre-University programme and provide comprehensive advice to students and parents
  • Liaise with various lecturers and stakeholders to prepare course materials and e-learning platforms
  • Ability to collect information from various departments to finalise services for the programme
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting in training a team of Student Ambassadors
  • Undertake any additional duties that may reasonably be required by the Director

Programme Coordinator Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Three years or more experience working in a high volume office environment
  • The ability to manage and lead a team
  • Strong coordination experience to be able to lead on multiple programmes at any one time
  • A proactive, friendly and resilient demeanour to be able to engage with the students during their programmes and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
  • Experience in e-learning platforms and student database maintenance is desirable
  • An awareness of challenges when working with young people (safeguarding etc.)
  • Good prioritisation skills and an ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills to be able to work with multiple audiences and stakeholders
