Our client, a top University is looking for a temporary Project Administrator to join their Team in the Central London area on a temporary basis with immediate start. The successful applicant will provide strong administrative support to the Project Team, including assisting the website related project.

The ideal candidate has previously supported a project or programme ideally in a Higher Education or similar environment. If you are highly IT literate (including MS Office and CMS system) a confident administrator and highly flexible and adaptable, then this can be the perfect opportunity for you, apply today!

Project Administrator Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with data migration whilst ensuring high level of accuracy
  • Source and update website content
  • Monitor and maintain team inbox
  • Organise meetings, including booking meeting rooms, arranging for catering when necessary
  • Maintain and manage paper based and electronic record keeping
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support as and when required


Project Administrator Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience supporting a project or programme
  • Experience working in the higher education sector is highly desirable
  • Previous experience using a CMS system
  • A strong administrator with minimum 3 years of experience
  • IT literate, including intermediate knowledge and working experience with MS Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptable and flexible
