The opportunity has become available for a Project Coordinator to join a leading International University on a Permanent basis near London’s West End. If you are a self-motivated, excellent communicator who is looking to take the next step into Project Coordination, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

The ideal Project Coordinator will need to be pro-active and have excellent attention to detail as you’ll be responsible for a wide and varied range of project duties within the Contracts team.

Project Coordinator Key Responsibilities:

  • Simultaneous management of multiple projects
  • Build and maintain successful working relationships with internal and external consultants
  • Running project meetings
  • Monitoring and coordinating budgets
  • Client liaison and coordination, ensuring maximum Client satisfaction
  • Line management and coordination of consultants, ensuring KPIs are met
  • Organising training, this may include arranging for the venue and travel

Project Coordinator Essential Skills:

  • Strong inter-personal skills; outstanding written and verbal communication
  • Higher education background with 2 – 3 years of exposure to projects
  • Be able to work autonomously
  • Pro-active and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
