Signature Recruitment are excited to be looking for a Purchase Ledger Team Leader for an expanding company in the construction industry. You’ll be managing a team who are responsible for their own ledgers, overseeing performance and development.

The role will be a blend of supervisory/team lead duties, as well as completing purchase ledger tasks.

Duties:

  • Monitor work quality of your team
  • Create and maintain KPI’s and performance expectations for the team
  • Complete 121 reviews, recruit when necessary, drive performance standards, coach and mentor individuals
  • Ensure individuals are trained and developed to the best of their ability
  • Take ownership of allocated ledgers
  • Resolve complex, escalated customer issues and queries

To be considered for this position:

  • You will be a self-starter
  • Have experience in management of a small team
  • Have previous experience in a purchase ledger or similar role
  • You will be approachable, friendly and able to lead by example

This job offers £26,000 – £28,000 per annum, in a central office with parking and great company benefits.
