We are delighted to be recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator to support a busy internal recruitment team in Central Bristol (no parking). This is a full time (Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm) temporary position paying £9.75 per hour.

You will be joining a large fun and friendly team! This would suit a candidate who is confident on the phone and has strong communication skills.

Main responsibilities:

  • Booking candidates for interview (interviews are conducted by phone, video and face to face)
  • Booking rooms for interviews
  • Communicating with candidates over the phone on a daily basis
  • Sending interview and offer confirmations to candidates
  • Responding to emails from candidates applying to vacancies
  • General admin to support the team

Key requirements:

  • Previous office experience
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong communicator
