Signature are excited to be working with our client to recruit for a temporary Scheduler to join a busy team. Based in North Bristol, they are going through large period of growth and are looking for someone who can bring enthusiasm and energy to the team.

This new role would potentially suit someone with a coordination or logistics background who is looking for a role in a company they can grow with. If you are a logical thinker who is a keen learner and can hit the ground running then this could be the perfect role for you!

Key responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate engineers across the UK to carry out planned and reactive maintenance to specialist equipment at short notice
• Focus on reducing engineers’ time spent travelling to increase productivity
• Work out logistics of where engineers should go, controlling the dispatch trail
• Communicate with engineers on the phone and via email
• Work to improve business profit, making sure the process is very efficient
• Organisation of engineers diaries
• General adhoc administration

• Problem solving skills

This is a temporary (3months) to permanent position offering up to £21,000. Hours of work are Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm (with half an hour for lunch)
