With the business expanding their services to the Americas, you will excel in your ability to provide first-class customer service and be diligent in ensuring orders are processed to the highest standard.

The right candidate will be ambitious and confident in their approach to both customers and clients, have previous customer service or administration experience and have a mature, down to earth personality.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Processing customer orders on the in-house database system
  • Providing excellent product information and advice to customers
  • Making sure all orders and deliveries are turned around within set timeframes
  • Providing exceptional levels of customer service via phone, email or web chat service
  • Updating MS Excel spreadsheet information
  • Resolving problems and queries relating to orders in a timely and professional manner, keeping the client informed throughout
  • Maintaining an accurate and tidy database, logging all information correctly at all times
  • Reporting on performance strength
  • Using tempting language to upsell company products
  • Making outgoing calls to customers to provide updates on new products, promotions, and offer to actively encourage sales
  • Identify any training issues and bring them to the attention of the team leader
  • Assist with training, coaching and mentoring of new and existing employees when required

This is a 12 month, full time contract and the working hours are 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, 2pm – 11pm (with options for flexibility) and paying £18,500 per annum (plus commission upon achievement of targets).

Due to weak public transport links to the area, a full UK driving licence and your own car will be required.
