A fantastic opportunity has become available in an award winning education company in central Bristol. Our client is seeking a confident and diligent Student Welfare Manager to provide trusted advice and guidance to the welfare team to ensure students are cared for.

Our client consider their Welfare department to be a great achievement of the company, so are looking for someone just as passionate as their existing team members. This is a temporary, full time position offering up to £35,000 salary for 12 weeks starting ASAP; there is a chance this could become a permanent position.

You will be:

  • Providing advice and guidance to welfare teams on student cases
  • Responding to reports on welfare issues in a timely manner
  • Following frameworks to guarantee all essential processes are met
  • Ensuring welfare teams have the relevant information to provide to students (e.g. key contacts within universities or helplines)
  • Updating and rewriting procedures where required
  • Ad hoc administration tasks
