2019 turned out to be the most successful year for Dress for Success, with 80% of the woman they worked with securing work. Their simple intervention ensures that women working with Dress for Success feel confident when they interview and they also have access to on-going support once they secure a new role.

By hosting pop-up workwear styling events, Signature Recruitment were able to fundraise for this worthy cause. Our candidates and clients attending the events were given exclusive access to the Dress for Success Notting Hill boutique.
In preparation for an event L&L styling, a personal styling business, kindly curated a selection of both designer and affordable workwear items. By purchasing items from the collection our candidates and clients were supporting Dress for Success and the women who benefit from their services.
In 2019, Signature Recruitment were able to raise £1,275 during these events, all proceeds benefited Dress for Success. Dress for Success relies on public donations, corporate partnerships and volunteer hours.
A big thank you to all out candidates and clients for their support, sadly our work with Dress for Success could not go ahead in 2020 however we hope to bring you another event soon!
