Account Manager – Digital Agency
Signature recruitment are proud to be partnering with a thriving digital agency based in Bristol. This agency is growing and ambitious, with huge plans for 2021. While still a young company, they have the backing of a fantastic leadership and a great reputation within the Bristol creative scene. They are now looking for an accomplished and forward thinking Account Manager to oversee multiple client relationships and enable the agency’s continued growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage your portfolio of clients, working together from brief through to execution and reporting to ensure commercial results. This will include developing strategies to enable clients to achieve their chosen results.
- Develop new relationships and opportunities through cross selling to existing clients and seeking out new prospects.
- Provide thought leadership on services, products and best practice using the SLT for support.
- Working with clients on budgets, P&L’s, forecasting and pricing.
Experience required:
- At least 3 years in a similar Account Management/Project Management role within a marketing agency, preferably in the digital space.
- Demonstrable experience in creating and nurturing prosperous client relationships with great customer service.
- Solid working knowledge of digital technology within marketing including SEO, SEM, Display and Paid social alongside analytics.
In return for your hard work, you’ll receive a salary of up to £33,000 DOE.
