You’ll be pivotal in organising and servicing meetings, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of exam procedures. Your role is fundamental in maintaining the cohesion of programmes. You’ll liaise with the Exams Office, service Exam Board meetings, and maintain student records and programme webpages.

Assessments & Regulations Officer Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on all administrative aspects of assessment arrangements, acting as the primary contact for programme-related enquiries.
  • Organise meetings, collate and submit student marks, liaise with the Exams Office, and service Exam Board meetings.
  • Ensure exam procedures, processes, and record-keeping are efficient and accurate across all programmes.
  • Respond to student enquiries regarding exam and assessment processes.
  • Maintain and update Exams and Assessment records and programme web pages.
  • Liaise with programme staff, external examiners, and various university teams to facilitate effective communication and reporting on assessment processes.

Assessments & Regulations Officer Key Skills:

  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to manage complex administrative tasks.
  • Proven experience in assessment-related roles within Higher Education.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with students and faculty members at all levels.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a strong team-focused approach.

If you’re ready to apply your experience in academic assessments and demonstrate your commitment to detail, teamwork, and flexibility, we want to hear from you. Apply today for this exciting opportunity!

While we aim to respond to every applicant, the volume of applications may result in delayed communication. If you do not receive a response within a week, your application may not have been successful on this occasion, but we will keep your details for potential future opportunities.
