Signature Recruitment are recruiting for a Bid Coordinator to join a global leading construction company in Central London. This is an amazing opportunity to join our client’s busy bids team on a temporary contract and win projects!

 

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the bid process, will thrive in a deadline driven environment and possess the ability to work well under pressure. A successful Bid Coordinator will be proactive, will have a strong attention to detail to provide error free delivery and will be confident with communicating and liaising wit stakeholders at all levels.

 

Bid Coordinator Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising across all levels of the business to ensure targets are met within deadline
  • Liaising with various Stakeholders to obtain required materials in a timely matter
  • Ensuring work completed is compliant the bid requirements
  • Organising team meetings, managing email inbox, working with databases
  • Creating marketing collateral including; newsletters, templates and graphic designs
  • Prepare all documentation required for research grant submissions and financial costings
  • Using Adobe InDesign to format large bid documents
  • Working with written content, graphics and brand guidelines to meet the client specifications
  • Create impactful, well designed bid documentation ready for submission
  • Create additional supporting content for the bid to ensure a successful bid e.g. printed models / video / large-format printing
  • Support bid submissions with relevant photography and supporting graphical / infographic tools
  • Produce and design presentation slides for post-tender presentations

 

Bid Coordinator Essential Skills:

  • Previous Bid Coordination experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint Skills
  • Ability to work within set deadlines
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisation and project management skills
  • Educated to degree standard in a relevant discipline
