Job Description

Signature Bristol are seeking an experienced and highly organised Bids Coordinator to join a dynamic team within a large, national construction organisation based in Swindon.

In this crucial role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the entire bidding process. Working closely with several teams, you will ensure that tender submissions are of the highest quality and submitted on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete Standard Questionnaires (SQs) and Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PPQs) with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Pull together comprehensive tender submissions using InDesign.
  • Create compelling post-tender interview presentations in PowerPoint.
  • Manage the creation and updating of case studies, ensuring a fresh and relevant portfolio.
  • Populate the company website with updated case studies and relevant content.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date CVs for new and existing staff members.
  • Design and produce ad-hoc B2B brochures and marketing materials as needed.
  • Coordinate the uploading and sending of tender submissions to clients.
  • Provide general business support to the work-winning team, contributing to the overall success of the department.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a bids or proposals coordination role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and InDesign.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with tender processes and requirements is a plus.

This role is a permanent, full time position based in Swindon. Working hours are 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday. This is a full time office based position.
