We are pleased to be recruiting a Business Development and Recruitment Consultant for a small, well-renowned consultancy based in central Bristol with parking.

Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Identify business opportunities, nurture potential relationships and convert those relationships into new business.
  • Be the ‘face and voice’ of the client at events, creating valuable business connections.
  • With others, plan, develop and implement online and offline marketing campaigns to promote P+S and generate new leads.
  • Present appropriate information to the Board, including sales activity, contacts and appointments made, and recent or up-and-coming pitches.
  • Manage and complete multiple recruitment processes for temporary and permanent roles
  • Establish and maintain relationships, maintain regular communication to ensure that job orders are managed through to fill

Key skills and experience for this role include:

  • Background of working within a fast-paced recruitment environment
  • Using strong client relationship building skills and taking an organised, proactive approach

This role will be paying a competitive salary with a great bonus package. The hours are between Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm.
