Signature recruitment have partnered exclusively with an industry leading health company in the hunt for a Business Development Executive. Working within the companies South Bristol office, you will be part of a very successful team and take responsibility for creating relations and generating business with health authorities around the UK. This isn’t your typical sales roles, it’s all about creating strong relationships with clients to ensure this company are their first call. As a seasoned Sales professional, you’ll be able to Identify leads, track clients and create detailed CRM records of key stakeholders.
- Schedule calls and meetings with potential customers to let them know about services offered. This is on all done over video/telephone, so travelling around the UK won’t be a requirement.
- Creating long lasting relationships with clients, understanding their structure and key stakeholders and recording this information on the internal database.
- Sending information to those you have identifies as a warm lead and nurturing leads to completion.
- Take an active interest in client’s businesses to improve
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure top tier external service.
- Demonstrable experience in a sales, recruitment or coordination role.
- Excellent communication skills across phone and email.
- Fantastic time management and the ability to spin numerous plates.
This is a full time, permanent role, working Monday-Friday 9-5 (this is flexible). Salary is £25,000, but please do still get in touch if you’re slightly over this as there may be some flex. There is also an incredibly generous commission structure which is based on revenue, and standardly at present is around the £1,500 per month mark. The office is based in Bristol, so you’ll need to be living in a commutable distance.
