Job Description

Signature Bristol are seeking a Chartered Accountancy Client Advisor to join a prestigious Chartered Accountancy Practice located in the picturesque heart of Bath. Our client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Advisor to join their team. This company are going from strength to strength, growing year on year. The role has come around due to organic growth within the company. If you have experience with account management within a chartered accountancy practice, this could be the perfect role for you!

Joining a team of 20, you will be looking after clients’ accounts. This is a full-time, hybrid role, working 37.5 hours a week, core hours being 9am to 5pm but they are flexible around this.

The role

As a Client Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the practice. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients and specialist assignments, collating all information to meet client needs, compliance and budget
  • Report back into partner level to justify any additional fees
  • Assisting with the Tax and VAT department
  • Build and maintain consultative client relationships and build the business portfolio
  • Support the training and development of staff within the team

Requirements

  • A strong foundation in accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to work
