An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing property company as a Client Services Manager working in the insurance and property management sector.

This is a full time, permanent position based in Central Bristol. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5pm paying £25,000-30,000 per year.

Role Objective:

Build relationships to continually generate, grow and nurture relationships with client through all phases of the service delivery.

As a Client Services Manager, you will:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and identifying leads for new work
  • Account Management & Client Engagement: Own and grow client relationships, becoming a trusted point of contact; accountable for the overall health of the client portfolio as demonstrated by client satisfaction surveys, additional business opportunities for our team and defined client metrics and objectives being met
  • Business Development: Identifying sales opportunities, contracting and pricing of new implementations for your Clients
  • Lead by example with client relationships, technical quality and service delivery
  • Being involved in business development and proposal activity
  • Managing teams and coaching and developing staff

You will need:

  • Experience within a similar role with ideally property experience
  • To be proactive, personable and enthusiastic
  • Professional communication skills, both on the phone and written
