Signature Recruitment is excited to present the opportunity of Communications Business Partner for a leading London University, on a full time, permanent basis. The purpose of the role is to have oversight and provide guidance and advice on communications strategy for the Estates and Facilities department of this prestigious London University.

The role requires extensive previous experience developing, planning and executing social and digital communications strategies. Previous experience working for a large organisation, where communication and interpersonal skills were used to effectively collaborate across departments, would be highly beneficial. Communications Business Partner Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice and support to the Senior Leadership team for all communications
  • Provide guidance for internal and external communications strategies, in line with the University’s 10-year plan and to develop more effective business results
  • Oversight of the defining, planning and execution stages for internal and external University communications
  • Ensure communications are consistent with brand and tone guidelines, and are in line with the corporate strategy
  • Content development and deployment of digital communications
  • Drive communications projects for growth and transformational initiatives
  • Execute plans consistently and to a set framework

Communications Business Partner Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to create and executive communications strategies across a large organisation
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with Senior Leaderships and external Stakeholders
  • Expereince managing multiple projects and timelines at one time
  • Knowledge and experience of social and digital communications
  • Able to drive change through effective communications
  • Expereince of reputations management strategy
